I've been shooting some RAW images using a IR bandpass filter (blocks below 720nm and passes above 720nm) I made for my S50 and when I view the images in Pixmantecs Rawshooter everything comes out red no matter if I shoot in color or black and white. Actually when the images are first loading into the thumbs panel I get giddy because the thumbs look great nice chromatic bluish white grass and nice IR colors all around (for the color shots) but then as soon as all the thumbs finish loading they all turn red even the ones shot in black and white mode, whats up with that?
Also if I use Canons file viewer the images look just like I shot them with the IR filter attached and the black and whites are black and white with an IR tone to them.
I prefer to use RAWSHOOTER because of the increased controls but not sure why everything is red, I have all the processing bias parameters set to zero.
Anyone have any ideas on how to get the images I shoot with the IR filter to not get blown out in the red spectrum with Pixmantecs Rawshooter? Thanx, todapark
