I was just walking down the Coal Creek Trail, playing with a new lens. I wasn't really thinking about composition, unfortunately.

Beautiful flowers, looks like you caught them between showers! The second one is really nice, with the exception of the couple of hot spots. Harsh light, hard to manage.

Thanks for the kind words! The sky did open up after a small front came through and lit everything up for a good portion of the afternoon/evening over here. Also, thanks for the local link. I'll be sure to check it out.
