Mt. Hood

Went snowboarding at Mt. Hood Meadows today. It was a bluebird day but a little windy off the top chair. Really nice shot. Color, exposure, detail, all looks terrific. I don't know what it is, but when the mountain is out you just have to look at it. It looks cold up there.

The first time I went to hood was amazing. I some how talked my mom into the idea of going to Hood for the weeked and I was 14 and didnt have my licence yet. So my moms actually says yes as a joke and we took off at 8pm for what was an 8hr drive and arived as the sun was comming up giving a nice blue glow to the hill. Slept in the car in the parking lot, these are things you and your stupid friends do. Gotta love my mom for being so up for anythying. I made alot of friends that weekend that I still talk too 9 years later. Cheers.
