Hi,

I wonder whether anyone has the manual in electronic format without the "COPY" watermark which is visible when printing.

Depends on the Acrobat version you view it with, IIRC. ISTR they started shoving support for that onto us with AR 6; don't have an AR5 machine handy, I'm afraid.

I don't have the "Copy" watermark when viewing, but when I print the pdf I get it. So, is there an AR reader version which doesn't print the watermark.

What version of Acrobat Reader do you have? I'm pretty sure it's on 6 and 7, but I vaguely remember that AR 5 doesn't have it.

I have tried both version 6 and 7 and both of them shows it. How do you disable it then?

No - 6 and 7 will do the overprint; IIRC, 5 didn't recognize that "feature", so wouldn't do it.
