if u have nothing worth listening to please dont post because so far ive seen no real critique from you just basically ripping into the shots

It's like that wherever I go, I see ciggerette butts everywhere! I dont undertsand why people are still smoking?! They know its killing them, why not just save time and money and drink a bottle of acid?

(and I don't smoke)

well, at least the butts are not all over the ground

over here smoking indoors in public places is banned completely .
people are standing outside so many buildings, especially in cold weather, it's awful seeing them shivering and having a quick smoke
also butts are thrown the ground (another illegal)
special boxes (doing a great businesshttp://www.photography-on-the.net/forum/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif ) are in place for the butts
but many don't bother

if these people don't die from smoking ,it will be just from standing in the cold outside
I feel sorry for anyone trying to give up smoking
overuse and abuse of alcohol has caused much more damage to our society in general

I find it difficult to critique the image photographically.

Sharpness seems ok for a consumer lens, maybe some USM might improve the picture.
Maybe careful application of the rule of thirds might make the motive more interesting.
And maybe you should pay more attention to the background, as it does not really add to the picture.

But then ... I could just say that I find it funny.... but that's no real critique, right?
