I've bought some cheap batteries for my DSLR off this one E-bayer and have been very pleased.
Just got another 2 pack, when I put one in charger the light is just as green as it was when there was no battery, put the battery in the camera and it doesn't power up.
Is that normal behavior for a dud battery?
The other battery works fine.
He offered full refund.
