I have been asked by a local lexus dealership about the possibility of creating some artsy images they can hang around their dealership. I took these 2 photos in their showroom and I'd like to get opinions on the PP of these. This is my first foray into automobile art and I'd like to get opinions from others who are into automobiles to see if this is something worth persuing.

I realize the setting is not the greatest, and the backgrounds are bad, but I'm looking for comments on the style in general. Thanks for your comments and opinions.

If i had to choose, probably the 2nd one.

The reflections in the first one is very distracting :(

But if this is what they want then i guess its what they want..

But honestly its not doing anything for me sorry :(

Tottaly opposite direction from the direction you are going but what about some B&W detail shots from the cars. Badge, wheels, stitching. Just an idea.

But in the end its whatever the customer wants.

Thanks guys for the input. That's exactly what I'm looking for. The dealer doesn't really know what they want and are looking for suggestions.

I actually think they would work well for an artsy wall hanging inside the dealership.

I mean if the actual car is sitting there, why have a picture on the wall that looks exactly like the car? This PP makes them different enough to justify having the pics in the same room as the cars. I wish the reflection in the rear door panel in the first pic could be cloned out, and the square light reflection on the very front of the hood, but I still like the pics with them.

They will probably like them. I could live with them as long as the check clears. ;)

tooo overdone, maybe tone it down by 2X and they would be perfect.

Nice work!

Might be nice without the background - maybe on black with a subtle reflection?

That ribbon in the first pic is the "anti-Lexus". Hard to deal with customers, +1 on the B&W detail way...
