S230 compactflash question

I need to get a picture printed from my compact flash card, and I have the cable for my comp, but not the software so I can't do it from my home computer. I am planning to take it to a photo shop, but they'll have to sort through all of the pictures on the card, and don't want the other picutures to be seen by the clerk (it's a suprise gift). So my question is:

When scanning through my pictures on the camera, if I go to menu and then transfer order, and I only select the picture(s) that I want to be transfered to the computer, will only those selected pictures show up on the computer, or will all of the pictures on the memory card show up?
