Help please

Is there any way that you can assimilate motion speed ? I have a nice pic but need to sort it out due to some particularly clumsy cloning. It is a pic of a Tornado jet but needs some form of motion speed to get it right.
If anybody needs the original then that is available as long as they are prepared to give me their mail address.

I kind of like it just as is...

There's plenty of background blur to show motion IMO.
