Ok,
I have to admit that this is not my best picture, it is not sharp and moved because it was shot while driving 140 km/h (must be around 80 or 90 miles)
Still I like the picture a lot because it really expresses the ‘modern’ industrialized France. The expressway, the vast wheat fields and the nuclear power plant keep modern France alive.
Though maybe a bit ugly it is one of my favourites

Since photographing boring urban landscapes is one of my hobbies her another one.
This is the parking of Staten Island Mall with in the background world largest garbage dump.
Apparently those lovely hills in the background are one of the largest objects created by man and could be seen (like the Chinese wall) from out of space.

Another great shot, they make the landfill any higher and Staten Island can have it's own ski slope.   You know these type of shots could make an interesting photo book.

Thank you,
I was not sure if other people also have this strange taste....

The first one is the most interesting of all three, IMHO. Graphically, at least.
It would have deserved a quick stop on the emergency lane, just to frame it a bit better and get it crisper.
Thanks God, there are also plenty of sexier places in France, modern or not... ;)

Only #1 is interesting. Maybe at a different time of day would help. The others are truly boring.
