It's a doll... My wife does reborns and wants me to take pictures so she can sell them...

do look real but i have a ideal put one in a car seat and leave it in the back of your car in a hot parking lot and you can get a picture of the police breaking your window

baby doll is beautiful! nice lightning but be careful with cropping. good luck on the doll/photograph business!
