Much better. Portrait is a little flat, jelly beans are neat, colorful. Nice job. And there is nothing wrong with auto mode that moving to P mode can't fix. That's what I use most of the time. It shuts off the auto flash pop-up and gives me the sense that I am in control. Even if I'm not...

Nothing's wrong with Auto mode. ;) nice pics.

U can try shoot some outdoor subjects (flowers, insects) and see how XT's kit lens allows u to get quite close to the subject (0.9ft?) and zoom in. Wala! You'll love your new XT even more. :lol:
