Painting With Light

I have a project which I had an idea for of painting my friend to look like an angel with a torch, or light of some sort

which light sources would be best for such a project?

if you want sharp lines, use a small LED of some sort to get something like this where you can draw around her. This one i used a small touch light with 3 LED's

You'd have to be very careful with it, but a lighter looks pretty nice in a long exposure shot.
