I did an interesting concept slideshow with a mis-exposed 360 degree panorama I shot a couple of years ago. I lost interest in panoramas as they are normally to long to print and not easy to display on a PC. This little experiment gives me a different perspective of how to use a panorama in a multimedia presentation. If you down load this slideshow please forgive the photography...it is just a concept investigation. The slideshow was made with PicturesToExe software. If you have an interest, the slideshow can be downloaded here:

It's the one called a 360degree Panorama. It's a fairly large(7.4mb download). The download will be a zip file that must be unzipped. When unzipped, double-click or open the resulting "360degree Panorama.exe" file. A descriptive text file is included that provides some further details.

Why not use something like Quicktime VR or PvViewer or something, rather than an executable which makes me weary of running anyways.

kb244,

What's nice about .exe's is that it requires no special software installation for the end user.
