Merrittville Speedway Practice Night

The Merrittville Speedway practice night was April 18 and I went and shot a few photos. It was practice night for me too. I've been shooting with a Pentax for the last three years. I bought a used Canon 30D over the winter and this was my first chance to shoot motorsports with it. Lots of learning, but I'm fairly happy with camera's (and my) results.

Merrittville is a dirt track near Thorold, Ontario.
