Is it possible to have the date stamp show on a video image made with Canon SD 750 Powershot?

No. But why would you want to? The file's dated when you save it. If you really want a date on your video, shoot a couple of seconds of a calendar, or daily paper at the start of the day.

the creation date RESETS though when moved to an external hard drive, etc
