I have noticed DOF... and i know thats "depth of Field"

But I have seen OOF and I am not sure what this means....

I am new to photography and was curious can you guys and gals out there give me a run through of some common abbreviations ... If we add one here and one there ... I think we should be good. I dont expect any ONE person to spend a half hour on it just thought it would be nice to get some of them....

Out of Focus

HDR= High Definition Resolution

BG= background

WB= white balance

IMHO,FWIW, there are far too many abbreviations. LOL.

It is High Dynamic Range hehe.

SOOC = Straight out of camera

What is FWIW btw? From What I .... ?
