Need help with Wordpress!

Hi guys, I have to admit that Wordpress is a bit harder to use than I thought. I'm having trouble figuring out how to format my page for my homework assignment. I'm basically done with the content and need to put it on the Wordpress Blog and format it.

Here is another question that I need to ask. Like I said earlier, I've already typed out the content that will simply be copy and pasted on to the site. I've used citations to give credit to my sources. However, when I copy and paste it on to Wordpress, it's just omitted. How can I cite my sources similar to how it's done in Wikipedia?

Look at the article. Notice how the sources are cited with a number inside the bracket? How can I do that with Wordpress?

The citing is a superscript code, which is easy to do.

Here's another question. I'm not sure if this will require me to edit the CSS, but I'm wondering if I can change the order of the tabs? I want to reorganize the order of "Home, About, Life as Lieutenant Governor, and etc."
