Roxy - C&C Mucho appreciated!

Hi everyone, I snapped this pic of roxy this weekend. I am learning and still learning. I used a metz flash bounced off a cardboard box to the left of roxy :) No off-shoe cord so I had to find a way, let me know what you think or suggestions please

I love the way the light hits her and her expression.. I wish that the background wasntso strong I would like to see where her head ends.

I love that it fades to black....draws the viewer right to her eyes.
I'd be more than pleased to have my pooch photographed this way.

I love this type of shot. I'm a real "out of the shadows" fan. I do a lot of dramatic shots like that. Very nice capture. Love the expression.
