that's the name of this restaurant which is in a town nearby
it can just about be seen from a distance in my tulips shot (on the other section)

Ah, I like the first and last shots Marie. Pretty cool shot that 1st one is! The tilt in the 2nd one bothers me a little. Pretty waitress too. Thanks for sharing.

thank you all very much
Nana and Airedale 1
and Ken and Robert
I was taking shots of the tulips which are on the other post and walked across the bridge to those new apartments (in one of those shots)
they were built for the students of the college nearby
then I saw the Italian Restaurant there for the first time, as it was new also.
the windows had dark glass so I pressed my nose up against the glass doors to peep in and that lovely waitress, who was having lunch in there (alone) came out and invited me in
(it was early afternoon)
they do a good business later
after I looked around I told her I'd like to take a few shots if that was ok.
the boss came in and said 'sure'
then , as I had just had coffee elsewhere and didn't like not to have something
I ordered a beautiful icecream
which really was so delicious,
except it tasted like more

Ken, thank you. as the smoke is swirling it looks funny
but I think the candle is straight
edit
few minutes later
just realised you maybe mean the third shot,
as the second is very small and the third is tilted slightly
http://www.photography-on-the.net/forum/images/smilies/icon_confused.gif
thanks
this is the icecream .shaped like a jigsaw.
named 'puzzles'
underneath those pieces it tasted extra delicious

the prices in the restaurant are very reasonable

I didn't like the colours in my original shot, so I hope you like this.
it's the original but bl/wh or greyish
I agree she had a beautiful smile
before I took it she told me she takes a very bad photo ,
but her smile caught me too and I hoped I could capture it.
lovely girl.
I'm leaving the picture dark like this
thanks again

To be honest, some of the shots seem to be out of focused or soft.

yes, the lighting was very low.
dark glass , dark interior and I didn't want to use flash
the photograph of the girl was taken outside at the door of the restaurant.
still was a bit dark around there too
thanks eosster

thank you very much Lonnie.
I thought she was beautiful
when she said that (about never taking a good picture, meaning she does not look so good in a shot) I realised what she meant .
I tried to do my best to capture what I saw (as quickly as possible )
her eyes sparkled and her wide smile lit up her face. she was beautiful
nice to chat to also
