A Bird and a Snake

This is my first picture post. The snake i almost stepped on, and the bird i took from my car, both are shot with a 20D + 1.4x TC and a 70-200 f2.8L is. Both are also taken at 280mm

My 8 year old really likes the one of the snake! Both pictures are nice, but the snake I think wins. :D

Great pics!

The bird is a killdeer. The snake appears to be a garter snake. The round eyes I am told means it isn't poisonous, but it looks menacing all the same.
