It looks to me like a single raw under/overexposed 1 or two stops could have had the same effect.
I like the colors, well done.

I dunno. I think that's part of the nice part of this shot. There is a lot of detail in the trees at the midline of the shot. I guess that would disappear in a single exposure or two.

So I really like the exposure, but its yellow for my taste. But I'm not a yellow guy, so I wouldn't change it for me.

As an HDR, I think its extremely well done!

I love the reflection of the tree in the pond. The sky is a little too burnt-orange for my tastes, but a nice composition.
