How to upload pics from Zenfolio to thread?

I read the tutorial but got stuck on the "Upload file from an URL" which I assume is from a host site. I understand how to get the photos from the computer but I am lost on how to get it from my Zenfolio site or if you can even do it.

I'm not sure about Zenfolio but I just Paste the IMG file into the thread

You have to know the URL of the image first, copy the link and then in a thread, click the little yellow image icon above the text box in a new thread. Paste the URL in there. Make sure not to add two http://'s.

If you want to test the image link, open a new tab and paste the link in the location bar and see if it loads the image.

I tried it but all I see is an X. Here's what I did. I opened the photo in Zenfolio, right click and click on copy (left of the http://), started a new thread and pasted the imaged as suggested in the yellow icon (looks like a mountain). Should the url look like the sample below:

www.methodical.zenfolio.com/p231782979 (this is what I copied there)

My goal is to have the picture show up in the thread and not require the viewer to click on a link

Uppper right hand corner of the screen at Zen you'll see "Send Link"

Click on that, copy the size that fits POTN specs (no more than 1024 on the longest side), click on the "Yellow Mountain" Icon here at POTN and paste the Zen link:
