What Settings For Family Of 4?

Hey guys,

Before I get bashed on and have people say "It depends on the conditions that I will be shooting in" let me explain. I will be shooting a family of 4 and would like to know what is the best aperture to keep them all in focus and which positions would be best. I know depending on the DOF and position they are placed in some of them or parts of them might be OOF. Can anyone please help me with this? This shoot will be Sunday and I'm still trying to figure out what poses to do.

where will you b taking the pictures? outside somewhere or inside their house?
and is it two parents and 2 kids? or some other combo? the posing suggestions would probably depend on this.

2 parents and 2 kids..and yes, this will be outdoors :)
