First time shooting buildings(mostly cars for me). This is Jonesborough, Tennessee. C+C welcome. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

whole series looks like a random snapshots with some heavy editing, where the last picture shows extreme burns on the sky...

The third shot had some potential if you would have left your car out of the frame and moved up a bit close to get that old cabin just behind it. Maybe a vertical portrait orientation on that could have been cool.

The last shot of the town also could be better if you got just a bit closer to get that tree to the left a bit more out of the frame. Maybe consider revisiting on a cloudy day so the sky won't be blown out and gives you some interesting textures with some clouds.

Learning to compose takes some practice and a bit of luck too. Keep at it!

Cheers!

He asked for it!!

C+C welcome. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

That being said - I would have liked to see a clearer focus on a particular subject - they do seem a bit random, but I think the car one would be my #1!

Ohoh, also, the sun looks a pretty high in the sky - giving harsh lighting with really hot brights & dark shadows. Try an hour or 2 before sunset and see how they turn out (or in the morning if that floats your boat!)
