My first real commercial gig....

Howdy all....slacker poster checking in! Anywho, I recently got a chance to do a shoot for an amazing company, Matilda Jane Clothing. It was just for one dress, but I was so completely excited & honored that she chose me to do this for her. Of course my girl was the model! Thought I would also share a few more of my girl rockin these amazing clothes. Moms of girls....if you haven't already, you definitely need to check out Denise's designs....she is just amazing!

LOL! That one was just for me! The only shot I sent to be used on the website was the first one. The rest were just snapshots for the family album....just happened to be wearing the "clients" clothing. :)

Thanks. :) Not fixing the nails though....the dirt under them is acutally my fave part of that shot. She's my little tomboy & loves to play in the dirt! :P

I agree with you. That is what I love about that photo. It's all about being a kid. I have a 2 yr old daughter that loves to play in the dirt too.

I was going to comment on the dirty nails too...I love that. That's what kids do!! I actually think it adds a whole lot to the photo. All great shots. I've looked at that site before and would LOVE to stock my kid's closet. Perhaps when the ecomony shapes up...lol.

I will definately have to try that... my almost 4 year old turns her head every time I point the camera at her... although she does like when I do macro of her eyes or her crayons (silly girl). I am trying to teach my 21 month old to like the camera... we'll see!
