Don't think it support XT and Adobe hasn't come out with a new plug-in for it yet. But you can check their site (www.adobe.com and click on Support, then Downloads) periodically to see if they've come out with a new plug-in.

Elements 3 supports the Rebel XT in every respect EXCEPT the RAW conversion. The plugin to cure that problem is due out in May, roughly coinciding with the CS2 release date. CS2 will need the same plugin AND the XT is not the only camera needing the Adobe update.

In the meantime, you can convert XT RAW with other programs including the Canon DPP included with your Rebel purchase. You can then do further processing in PSE if you wish.

I also think that you can change the .cr2 RAW files to the Adobe .dng files and then use Elements 3.0 to convert them. Have a look on the Adobe site. The DNG conversion program is free.

If you go here (http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/cameraraw.html) you will find the note:

Supported cameras

Camera Raw 3.0

Support for the following cameras is included in Photoshop CS2. Camera Raw 3.0 is not compatible with Photoshop CS.

Note: Adobe expects to offer preliminary support for the Canon Rebel XT and the Nikon D2X in early May.

And from a thread on an Adobe Forum:

The current version of DNG Converter (2.4) does not support the 350D; Version 3.1 will, and it is scheduled to be out in early May, the same as the Camera RAW plugin for CS and PSE3.
