Caveman

This is my first time sharing here. I took this w/ a Canon powershot on auto mode. It is a pic of my teenage son taken from outside looking in through his bedroom window. We call him the "caveman" because he stays in his room w/ his computer ..so this is a pic of him in his cave. I'm an EXTREME beginner at photography..I just ordered a Rebel XT and want to learn. I'd love comments.

Mmmmm, interesting idea. Although, I would have waited until a time in the day were there was good lighting on that window from the outside that way ya didn't have to use the flash. The flash in the window is very distracting. Nice try though! I'm sure your going to love your XT that thing is an awesome camera to learn with.

Hmmm, is that light reflection flash? Or is it the sun? Looking at the photo now it kind of looks like the sun. Nah, gotta be flash. Hmmm, let us know!

It is definitely the flash. There is never sun enough there for any photo. I'll have to try it again w/ out any flash. Thanks for the comments.
