Usage contract needed

There is also a book by Tad Crawford, titled "BUSINESS AND LEGAL FORMS for PHOTOGRAPHERS". It comes with a CD- ROM, containing Adobe .pdf, Microsoft .doc, and Corell .wpd form files. These files can be opened and customized with the correct software. This will add to the professional appearance and allow you to adapt the form to your needs.
The book is priced around $29.95 and is available through most large book stores. If purchased, please read the Copyright notice on the page opposite the Table of Contents. It should clear up any questions about usage.
