I was hiking in the hills when I saw this guy coming, I stood quietly and waited. He never saw me.

We don't have these animals out here, know it from a cartoon, that says that they run very fast.

The Roadrunner is supposed to be a desert bird, and it eats small lizards and snakes. They are found in Southern California and Arizona.

However, there is one that moved to the San Francisco Bay Area, and it is living in an area of mudflats. I think it is not finding its normal lizard lunches, so it has taken to hunting for small birds. Amazing.

They are cute when their tail feathers go up and down.
