This is my second day with the sigma 10-20 lens. I'm getting a little used to it, and starting to learn how to properly use it. I wish I had better lighting.. but all I have is the crappy built-in flash. There are a few shots where the lens takes out illumination in the shot. Overall, this lens is sweeeet and I can't wait to start shooting biking during the day.

I sure wish DSLRs were at a reasonable price when I went digital back in 1999...my Kodak DC290 did a great job at the time for the MTB and BMX pics on campus; student loan money really kicks ass!

You need to diffuse the lighting a little better or do some off cam flash. The lense shadows are especially harsh.

Yeah 4th is nice! try get the guys face in view makes a photo like that much more pleasing

I like the fourth shot as well, I had to stand up on some pipes to get it haha.

I know I need to get a better lighting setup. I was thinking of getting the "Cactus Wireless Flash Trigger Set V4", and 1 or maybe 2 flashes. Since I'm still in high school I don't have much money to spend on equipment.

I had 2 filters on it so that's why the edges are messed up. I'll remember that next time :oops:
