QWescott Apollo softbox (for flash) users .. question.

If so, how does it fit and does it come with everything needed to attach to a flash?

this softbox is just like an umbrella and it sets up like one too .. it has a shaft that goes through your umbrella / flash adapter

I hate the new ones they are super flimsy. I have used an older one and it was alright. Not my favorite light source though.
