I've been posting my photos on my blog for about a year now. Since I'm getting allot of new gear these days ( 5D, Sigma 50mm f/1.4 and Canon 85mm f/1.8 ) I thougt it was time to make the best of my photoblog as well. I'm hoping to make some money out of my hobby, start shooting more portraits, weddings and such. I'm thinking about a portfolio section, I will make that happend when I get a little more relevant contant for it.
What are your first thoughts? What could be done different and better?

You seem as if you have some really great skills in regards to your shots. Have you ever considered setting up your own website, meaning something with your own domain name and hosting. In my opinion that would make you have a more professional appearance along with allowing you to get more exposure.
Most people think of the costs to webhosting but really it isn't that much. If I were you I would look into it possibly and also keeping your blog also. It would definately help. Just my thoughts.

Very nice images and blog.
Very minor points, you should personalize the template -- I'm pretty sure I've seen that template a ton of places. Adding in a widget or too might also help.
Also, just so that you categorize it right, you're doing a photoblog, rather than a blog. That's a very very minor point though.

1: Far too wide site
2: Hvorfor er siden din half in english, hald norwegian?
3: Far too many characters per line
4: You use GMail. You have no reason whatsoever for not writing terje.aalrust.gmail.com (mailto:terjeaalrust@gmail.com) which you also misspelled. This, and making it a mailtolink makes it easier to use your site.
