The 18-55 EFs lens with the 20D doesn't do too shabby a job with this pic. Very nicely composed, good dof and set off just right with the darkening clouds. It would be a framer for me.

That's a pretty good pic! I like it! I hope no one actually lives in that thing......

I thought it looked better without the frame...what do you think?

Looks pretty good. I would try to get rid of electricity wires in photoshop. Give it a try :)

I did..and then I recovered the original photo. They are so thin as to be not intrusive, and they make the house looked "lived in"...at least to me !!! :D
That pic you see there is the full frame from the cam.
Some minor adjustments had bee made ( sharpness, clouds, etc)...but I think that's one of the pics that has needed the least PS work, in a long while !!

I think you've really caught the essence of the place. Well done.

Nice shot! I love the paint job and the hi-tech roof. So much of this world is spoiled rotten and doesn't even know it...

Thanks for the reminder.

Great candidate for a Black and White.

Great shot, think it would look good in B&W.

I love the BW as well and the statement it makes, but it also carries it to a different day and time in my mind.....and that's not a bad thing.

Home, sweet home. You do very well with that kit lens. Nice job!
