To me, it's a bit soft and the dof isn't wide enough to take in her shoulder and with such lovely hair you'd want that to be sharper. The overexposed background is a distraction, especially since the white spot is so close to her face. It looks like you shot her through some shade of some sort, since you can see some light seeping through on her left arm at the bottom of the frame and in the middle of her torso at the bottom of the frame. That's very minor though. The framing and composition isn't too bad at all. It's a nice headshot.
This photo could use some post processing just to make some cosmetic changes such as whitening her teeth and softening her skin just a little. The red spots on her nose can and should be removed, in my opinion. A darker background could provide separation between her and the background and make this pretty girl really pop out.
This photo looks amateurish compared to some of your other great work on your modelmayhem site.

Thank you, as to the darker background. I didnt like it as much due to her skin color(tan) and i felt it didnt have any pop at all. I also think i could have done a better job on the nose and i could have whitened her teeth. I am not a fan of blured skin even when texture is added back unless it is a beauty shot.

The eyes seem soft, while her left breast is sharp. Now, I have nothing against either one of her breasts, I'm sure they are spectacular, but in portraits I generally prefer to see the eyes sharp! :)
