No in seriousness there there are companies that can give you a generic template that you have a little bit of control over, regarding how it looks etc, but these websites are easy to use, and easy to upload photos to. However there is usually a monthly charge for these services.

The above link is a website I made for a photographer, which is much more versatile in how he (well I) can change things around, i.e layout etc. But while its easy to upload it isnt quite *as* easy. Andrew Timms paid around £300 for the website I built him. Some webdesigners go to town with prices, some want nearly £800 for a 3 page website!

There is no monthly charge with mine (or many web designers) services, just the online hosting but you would have to pay for that anyway you go.

The web hosting and development there is very user friendly - even for beginners. And very low cost. definitely try their 30 day free package.

You can sell using paypal and the help facility is lightning speed, totally recommend it.

www.whois.com to buy your domain, and you could use yahoo to host or mobile me, even whois will host for a fee. get google adwords to advertise. if you are interested in someone building you a site, contact yuujicrance@temple.edu, he does professional sites for a fair price.
