After looking at the pictures drkstang00 posted mine don't look as sharp as I originally thought. Is that due to my equipment or that I am a amateur?

I would like to know also, since mine are not as crisp either.. I think its due to me being a noob..

Cool shots. The lack of sharpness might be due to the photo hosting site you are using, they typically resize them when you upload which decreases the quality of your pic.

These were attached. I had to sign in to view them. Did you try sharpening the image with any kind of post processing software? Mine routinely come out soft because I'm using a cheap lens, but after sharpening them up in PhotoShop Elements or in Canon's Digital Photo Professional they look a lot better.

Awesome shots. I find the tree a little distracting in the second one, though it does give you an idea of just how low he was.

Thanks! That must be pretty easy about the military life after you have left it. Sometimes I wish I were a civilian.:confused:

ehh its different.. for 8 years i got used to it. there was always some kind of excitement around... ( we came from jacksonville NC).. but now its like.. nothing happens at all...but..

life is better as a civilian, and you will be there too when your time comes :)
