Does this work for a natural light shot? Ani is standing at the kitchen sink with the evening light coming through the window over the sink. Do the colors look ok? Is it too soft? Does her hair blending into the background bother you?
I really love this photo of her.

Comments welcome.

Lovely shot, I love the way her hair blends into the darkness. For me I think it'd look even better if she were wearing no top, just the tones of her skin? But then how often does your wife stand topless at the sink, I know mine doesn't that often! :)

Well, here I am again......agreeing with every body else! I would love to see it in full 'sharpness' as I think it would be 'publishing' ready though.....either that or I'm getting old and need to get glasses! The colors and comp are very very nice! And her 'hint' of a smile is just great!

The lighting in this shot works well for me. It isn't a shot that requires extreme sharpness. The only thing I might like on it would be a little bit more definition/separation with the hair. If only there were tiny bit of light coming from just above. Who knows... if I saw it, I might change my mind and think the original was better. Nice capture, and wish my significant other were so camera friendly.

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it. Yes, sometimes the lighting isn't correct for certain shots, but I do like this shot of Ani.

Yes, Ani does enjoy being in front of the camera, and I enjoy that.

Thanks again for taking a look Aaron.
