Good idea for a picture, needs more interest IMHO.

You may want to try a bigger DOF as the background buildings are too bright and sharp. Also, why not shoot in landscape, and wait for a car to just creep onto the crossing as it is driving by and then take the shot. Make sure your get it to blur. Get more interest in the shot then.

you want me to make the background more in focus? not sure what youre hinting at there. and i had another shot of a car going by, but the shot was messed up :( . thanks though.

Sorry, no. I mean to blur it more cause the white buildings at the back are quite bright. Although, even blurring it will still show the bright backdrop.

ok. i was also trying to show the stop/walk sign across the street, but im not sure if that works in the pic.
