I used Vista prints. They have a bad reputation by some although I've never had a problem. In the future I'll be using Mpix which is also who I use for prints.

I used overnightprints, and tacked on some nice discount codes. Price was very reasonable. Pretty happy with my first 1000 cards, really happy with the rounded corners. Next order is going to probably be double sided.

I had mine done at www.gotprint.com They are reasonably priced and the service & quality are good.

I think vista's bad rep is more due to people clicking to accept 'freebies' before reading the small print and finding out they're not really free.. i've used them several times for various things and i find you get what you pay for.. decent product for a decent price.

I used Overnight Prints for some, but they really screwed up the UV (gloss) coating. Had to throw away at least 30 of the 250 I ordered, and kept some that still weren't completely right.
I'll probably give Vista Print or someone else a shot next time.

I'm doing that now but I am actively looking for a cheaper option that provides a high quality unique paper.

I'm paying $18/100 for UV coated ones on pearl stock. The price doesn't get any better with volume. I'm looking for a place that will do a run of 1000-2500 for a better price.

I have tried out 4over.com, $34 per 1000 4/4 color with rounded corners and UV coating/16pt stock. First time ordering from them and they are taking their time, should have them Thursday.

My current ones were done by OvernightPrints.com but I want to try Taste of Ink. http://www.tasteofinkstudios.com/
I've seen some of their work and it looks awesome. I've heard the cards have a great feel to them too.
