Well... I can say, this idea is pretty widespread. I think, every now and then, we see one of those photos that are called the best, but are just the same as someone elses.

how can i do that never tryed before will i to start again from scratch.

I use "save for web" under save tab in elements 3 and you can reduce and resize to get it under the 100K max.
