Nested quotes

There is something that I am not getting about the nested quote function of this forum....


Whenever I click that button it just turns red and nothing happens.

At first I thought it might be some sort of Firefox thing, so I turned IE back on and tried wtih that, but still got the same results.

Has it been disabled, is it just a bug or is there something dumb that I am missing?

That button isn't for nested quotes, it just allows you to quote multiple posts in a single reply. There isn't any standard support for nested quotes on a lot of forums although you can force them to happen.

The multi quote feature allows you to select multiple quotes before actually replying. To get to the new window you have to click on Post Reply OR Click on Quote in one of the message boxes instead of using the multi quote.

I've never seen a forum that didn't allow you to reply to a whole tree before.
