Please help me to know what is the price for this combination.
The seller had it for about 10 years.
I am asking b/c the Seller accept offer and he posted it as $120.
Thanks in advance

I let go of my 3021 for $50 few years ago, legs only. Very good but heavy tripod.Inspect the leg locks before buying, I had them replaced couple of times.

Those are the predecessor models to the 055 tripod and 808 3-way head, I believe. There were several different variants of the 3021; were there any letters after the basic "3021"? And does the 3-way head take any of their release plate systems? Both those factors will affect the value, and the type of release may also affect its usability for you; if it's other than the RC2 or non-release you'd probably find the release plates awkward.

Thanks Jason and Jon!
These are pictures I found from the Seller's post. It is not clear enough to see much detail so I don't know which generation it belongs to. The weight is kind of scary me though. I am not sure if it worth 45mins drives to check it out.
Please advice more. I am looking for a steady tripod since the cheapo camcorder tripod I am using is very flimsy.

Well, the head's the RC4 version which will drive you nuts when you're not using the tripod. The release plate's designed for 6x6 format cameras and larger, and will be way too big to feel comfortable with your left hand under the camera/lens. Looks like the center column is a 2-section one, which is nice. What does he say it weighs?

That tripod, without head, would be almost 6 lbs. (5.75 lbs.)

Yes, but to get the same height and capacity in an exotic material will cost $150 more and only save half a pound.

I carried this exact tripod, with a 17 oz ballhead, for over a decade, before I finally spent the money on a carbon fiber Gitzo. I figured that, as a young man, I could bear the weight easily, and as a more mature man with sufficient income I deserved to pamper my aging body! :D
