I recently bought a Canon 60mm F2.8 for my rebel xti. Shortly after enjoying it, I bought a 5D. I'm selling my rebel and ef-s lenses to get some better glass for my 5D, can anyone recommend a comparable lens for my 5D that will yield me results like I had with my 60mm f2.8? Thanks!

The EF 100 f/2.8 macro lens from Canon or similar focal lengths from Sigma and Tamron are popular here and on other forums. I'm happy with the performance of my EF 100 f/2.8 with all my crop bodies 10D through 50D.
If you want a strictly macro lens, 1X to 5X, the Canon MP-E 65 mm is the highly recommended. But it seems that you may need a more versatile lens such as the EF 100 f/2.8 macro.

Yes, the EF 100mm f2.8 Macro is a good choice. Used on the 5D, it is of roughly the same focal length as the EFS60 on the Rebel Xti. It is very versatile and very sharp - sharper than the EFS60mm I think. If you need larger than 1:1 magnification, slap on one or more extension tubes on the 100mm.
The MPE65mm is a great macro lens for extreme close-ups. But it cannot focus at infinity so you can only use it as a macro lens. It has no AF. Because of its very close focussing distance at higher magnifications, you may need a macro flash (e.g. MT14EX and MT24EX) to properly light the subject. It is not as easy to use as the 100mm and takes some getting use to.
