The pics were taken on a whim. I didn’t have time to take nice pics this weekend, although I hope to next time I am in the same city as this rolling piece of awesome. The static shots were taken outside of a restaurant, hence all the cars cluttering my background. I took the rolling shots on 290. I took them from the Jeep I was driving, and since my attention was focused on the road, I couldn’t aim, change settings, ect. I did adjust the camera setting a tad, but I “shot from the hip” (so to speak), which is why a little of the door is in the shots, and it was not in a position to be cropped out. Cloned maybe, but not efficiently or cleanly, so I didn’t try.

And just playing around w/ PP on this one… I’m not a huge fan of selective color, but I like it here…

Are they really? I don't see it. :( They were taken w/ my 30D and 10-22 EF-S. Why would they be OOF?

I'm really sorry, but these are soft ... you should try some UnSharp Mask in PhotoShop on them.
I use the EF-S 10-22 too, and it really is a very good UWA lens, so it should produce much better shots than these. I see that most of them are 1/125 with an exposure setting of -2 at iso 100, that is a good shutter speed, so the shots should be sharp.

Please feel free to take a look at my tutorials on car photography (http://www.carphototutorials.com/) for some more tips and tricks.

Nice car - shame they're out of focus.
