I have upgraded to 1.3 and all seems OK but one detail. I can't find header editor. Does it exist, or does the header need to be changed by hand?

Best Regards,
Peter

Sean,

I have found only header.php which contains required html code. Also I have finally found header editor in Miscellaneous settings. I have created a code in Frontpage then pasted it to that window and got result I wanted.

Thanks for your help,

Peter

I'm also trying to change the header. In particular, I would like to make the add a frameset that matches the main gallery area. As an example, I would like to do something similar to our main site at http://www.vancouverimageworks.com/index2.htm.

Can you make these type of html changes through the Misc Settings? If not, do you have any suggestions as to where to look in EE1.5? I've found 3-4 different header.php files in the EE folders and I'm not sure which one to work on.

It would be nice if the EE editor had some controls over the height and visibility of the header and footer. Just in case the footer isn't required or the header is too thin.

Thanks

Bundy

I found an answer in another thread, from Pekka, that indicated that the header.php file in the languages/eng folder is the master header file that overrides all other header.php files.

I just cut and pasted the appropriate html into this header.php file and it was that simple.
