a digital rebel withthw 18-55 kit lens, it does some great stuff, i don't know why people bash it so much, but i think i am outgrowing it w want a L lens

My wife has a 300D (rebel) + kit lens and has just said she will be out practising this weekend.

I like what you did but wish you'd moved a bit to get rid of the bright yellow areas behind it. No, the kit lens isn't as bad as everyone says it is if you can stop down to f/11.
