See how the buildings are leaning right and away from you? Same issue as before: camera tilted skywards. You either want all the sign on the left or none of it, and the same goes for the building at right. Exposure wise, the lights here aren't as harsh, and the scene as a whole has less dynamic range, so it's an improvement, but if you want to learn to shoot nighttime shots then it's good to be able to take them in those dark conditions too - just a matter of selecting the right things with the right balance of lighting. In this one, the sky is still too pale... the dynamic range is too much to produce a truly flattering image straight out of the camera, and it needs at least a "curves" tweak; at most - to really control the electric lights - the full multiple-exposure-blended HDR and tone-mapping treatment.
