My lab weighs 115 pounds so I guess the horses thinks that he is a horse as well.

Scott - I like this shot and think it has a lot of potential. I'd clone out some things and make some levels/colors/contrast adjustments. Done right, it could be one of those "motivational" posters. You did notice that all three of them are in step, right? I'm sure some "catchy" phrase would go along with that.

As for the adjustments, I did a little before posting this picture however, me being the rookie that I am, I didnt want to go overboard.

It's a very cute pic alright. I love roan horses too, they're not common over here.
Now, that capion. what about something along the lines of:
Regardless of our differences, we will all follow a great leader.
or
A great leader inspires confidence, regardless of our differences.

cant think of anything else right now.

As for the roan believe it or not he's actually a blue roan but his winter coat makes him a very red roan. He looks much better in his summer coat.

I would agree with what everyone said. def motivational. i didn't notice the instep part until someone said so. but that makes it really awesome!
