first attempt at a game

i went to my nephews soccer game (2nd grade) and took about 35 shots. got there in the second half and just for practice sake took out my DR and shot away. didn't pay attention to my ISO so half my shot were horrible ( left it on 1600 from the night before - ooops!) oh well. this is the best shot from that day.

anyone have any experience in this fast paced world w/ any good advice?

i was using a canon 75-300 (non-everything) the old junker. wasn't too bad though i don't think though.
